We’re seeking an experienced, results-driven Creative Strategist who thrives on crafting innovative ad concepts, optimizing creative performance, and helping painting contractors improve lead flow in local markets.

We are building out a new department for this Creative Strategist position, bringing ecommerce ad creatives and trends into the painting contractor world. With goals to grow and develop the performance marketing team at lightning speed. If you have high creativity, the ability to lead from the front and also jump into the trenches building/editing ads with the team then this could be a great fit. There is an opportunity for this role to grow into a Creative Director position and lead the department as it grows.

Role

As the Creative Strategist at Tridas, you will develop and lead high-performing ad concepts tailored to local painting contractors. You’ll script, analyze, and iterate on ads including, UGC, owner selfies, trending compilations and viral hooks that help our clients generate quality leads and achieve critical performance targets (e.g., cost per lead, cost per booking).

Responsibilities

- Develop Fresh, Original Ad Concepts - Create engaging, UGC, owner selfies, trending compilations and viral ads that speak directly to the unique challenges and needs of painting contractors, driving immediate action and higher lead flow.

- Balance Creativity with Direct-Response Tactics - Integrate brand identity and marketing psychology to spark interest in local markets, ensuring every concept delivers measurable results.

- Analyze Performance Data -Review metrics such as cost per lead, lead-to-booking rate, and conversion rates, then refine concepts to improve campaign outcomes.

- Collaborate Closely with Creators - Provide clear direction, shot lists, scripts, and editing notes to produce on-brand, compelling content that resonates with local audiences.

- Stay on Top of Social Media Trends - Keep ads relevant by leveraging trending audio, formats, and cultural moments while focusing on local market engagement.

- Manage Projects End-to-End -Coordinate with internal teams and external creators to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

- Conduct Market & Competitive Research -Pinpoint consumer pain points, competitor strategies, and high-impact ad angles specific to local painting companies.

- Write Scripts & Shot Lists - Use our in-house software to guide creators and editors through production, ensuring each step meets our high standards.

- Apply Direct-Response Marketing Principles - Combine the latest social media trends with data-driven insights to maximize performance, adapt quickly to what’s working, and test new ideas for local lead generation.

Experience

- Marketing Expertise (3+ Years Preferred) - Proven track record of creating high-converting, UGC-style ads and driving growth through paid social campaigns—especially for local businesses.

- Leadership - Confidently guide team members toward project objectives while balancing client and team needs.

- Organization & Efficiency - Manage multiple campaigns and tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

Job Details

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Expected Hours: 30 – 40 per week

Benefits: Flexible schedule, Bonuses and incentives on performance, team trips and travel.

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Salary: $60,000 + Bonuses/Incentives
